Bonded General Contractor providing General Contracting Services, General
Construction Services, Construction Management Services and Real Estate
Development Services. We are a woman-owned and minority-owned small business
with over seventeen (17) years of experience in the Construction Industry, priding
ourselves with stellar emphasis on innovative fundamentals.

As a General Contractor, we are responsible for providing all the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. Accompanied by specialized tradesmen related to specific scopes of the job, we perform all the construction work ensuring quality expectations. This includes applying for building permits, advising, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing of recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules, and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.

Day One specializes in providing both Commercial and Residential Construction Services with exemplary results. We submit plans/tenders for approval, manage work crews, and respectively reinforce project time and budget compliances.

We oversee the entire project from the planning stage to completion on time and on budget all while providing quality work. Our attention to details is why we have such a high success rate. We have a proven track record of success and a depth of industry-related experience.
